Understanding the human brain is key to understanding behaviour. This module looks at the basic organising principles, structures and functions of the brain as a foundation to understand self leadership and leadership of others.

Headquarter Habits

Headquarter Habits is all about creating useful habits to create positive changes in leadership, work and life over time. Easier said than done, right! By leveraging key research from multiple experts in the field, this fun and interactive workshop provides participants with the knowledge and simple tools to make big changes. 

Emotional Intelligence

Emotions provide us with information.  If you can pick up on emotions, understand them and make intelligent decisions based upon that information, then that's being emotionally intelligent. Emotional intelligence is a critical competency for leaders, members of high performing teams and for life in general

EI for Leaders

Leadership Development


Positive Leadership 

A series of leadership workshops through the lens of positive psycholgy. Based on the work of Dr Kim Cameron, this program looks at building high performing teams for great business outcomes. The workshops focus on four key areas of the positive leadership model - Creating a Positive Work Climate, Building Positive Relationships, Positive Communication and Meaning. 

Diversity & Inclusion

A series of workshops that look at D&I from a brain based perspective. Quite simply, we are all biased! By applying research from key psychologists in Social Neuroscience, participants build "Headquarter Habits"  and strategies to shift behaviour and challenge biases.

Coaching

No matter the framework, coaching works best when we understand how to engage the brain. This workshop looks into the psychology of setting goals and the motivation to achieve them. Partcipants will take away a coaching framework and a suite of powerful questions to stimulate thinking and clarify thought.

Feedback

Providing feedback does not need to be scary. We like to think of feedback as course-correction and a way to help someone grow. This workshop links emotional intelligence with a simple framework to help transform your feedback discussions into empowering conversations.

Strengths

Workshops to understand how strengths can help you be your best, and how they can be leveraged to enable strategy, projects and build team cohesion.

Based on the research of Dr Alex Linley and using the Strengths Profile tool, this workshop is an energising way to align teams and set direction.

Well Being & Resilience

This workshop looks at well being and resilience from a brain based perspective. It is based on the research into psychological and subjective well being from key psychologists in the field. Participants take away strategies to create Headquarter Habits to help them flourish.

Cultivating a Growth Mindset

How can we achieve personal or business growth without a Growth Mindset? This workshop is based on the research from Dr Carol Dweck and allows participants to detect their own fixed mindset tendencies, then use simple tools to shift towards more of a growth mindset. 

Stress Management

This workshop challenges our perception of stress, pessimism and optimism. Based on the work of Dr Martin Seligman and the understanding of the brain, participants will take away simple tools to help build new Headquarter Habits for dealing with stress.
