Scott Nell


Scott Nell is the founder of Headquarter Consulting, Facilitator, Coach and OD Professional with a passion for driving high performance and engagement. He loves to create innovative ways to shift culture and mindset within organisations. With strong foundations in positive psychology, leadership and emotional intelligence, he enjoys making an impact in organisations.

Scott has extensive experience in global organisations with previous roles in Learning & Development, Talent Management, OD and Sales Excellence.

Scott won the 2016 HR Leadership Award in Dubai, the HR Magazine award for the most innovative HR team in 2017 and was also a finalist for the AHRI Leadership Award in 2017. He is also key-note speaker for conferences and innovation summits across Australia and Asia.

Scott's other passion is Performing Arts, with extensive experience onstage in comedy, drama, musical theatre and cabaret. He is also a writer, producer and director, staging productions since the early 1990's.

Scott has a Bachelor in Education (Science) and has completed further qualifications in Project Management, Adult Education and the Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing.  He is also  accredited in the Strengths Profile tool, MSCEIT, Hogan, LVI360 and the i4 NeuroLeader.

Scott's unique blend of performing arts, science and psychology means that his workshops are not only educational, they are memorable and entertaining as well.
